About the role

BON CHARGE is seeking a hyper-organised, proactive and solutions-oriented Project Manager / Marketing Operations Lead to become the glue that connects our performance, brand, PR, content and creative teams. This is the central role that keeps marketing running smoothly — from building timelines and briefing processes to tracking deliverables and ensuring every project hits the mark, on time and on brand.

You’re someone who thrives on clarity, efficiency, and building calm from chaos. You’re as comfortable wrangling timelines and budgets as you are leading a daily standup. You have a knack for spotting bottlenecks before they happen, and you’re constantly two steps ahead — with a plan, a checklist, and a back-up plan.

This is a hands-on role for someone who’s excited to create and maintain structure, build scalable systems and partner closely with some of the best minds in wellness marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the marketing team’s workflow and operations across all streams (Performance, PR & Partnerships, Creative, Content)
  • Build and maintain Asana as the single source of truth for campaign timelines, task assignments, deliverables, and feedback loops
  • Run weekly marketing standups and ensure all projects are progressing against key milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder communication across teams
  • Lead the briefing process across the department — campaign briefs, task briefs, ad hoc requests — ensuring clarity, alignment and prioritisation
  • Track project dependencies, flag risks, and problem-solve to remove blockers
  • Manage the marketing calendar (campaigns, launches, always-on) and align resources accordingly
  • Support leadership in budget tracking, team resourcing, and operational documentation
  • Roll out best-practice templates, tools, and processes to ensure scalable, repeatable excellence
  • Champion team organisation and productivity — helping marketing run like a well-oiled machine

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in project management, operations, or traffic management — ideally within a marketing or creative environment
  • Proven success building and managing cross-functional workflows across multiple stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of Asana (or equivalent PM platform) and Slack
  • Strong communication skills — clear, calm and confident across all levels
  • Natural problem-solver and team shepherd — you love “herding cats” and getting everyone aligned
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities without dropping the ball
  • Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven and obsessed with structure
  • Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and creative teams alike
  • Bonus: Experience working in DTC/eCommerce or with content-heavy marketing teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in campaign tracking, budget coordination or resourcing
  • Workflow software experience beyond Asana (e.g. Trello, Monday, Notion)
