BON CHARGE offers a Subscribe and Save option on Toothbrush Replacement Heads, allowing you to receive automatic deliveries at a discounted rate. By subscribing, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms for Supply of Products.

Subscription Options

You may choose to receive replacement heads every 2 months or every 3 months. Each frequency carries a different discount, displayed at the time of purchase. Prices shown at checkout are in your local currency and will vary by region.

Billing

Your nominated payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. The discounted subscription price is applied for the duration of your active subscription. BON CHARGE reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice; any price changes will be communicated before taking effect on your account.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your BON CHARGE account portal. From there you can:

  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Skip an upcoming delivery
  • Update your delivery address
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

To take effect on your next order, changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation

There is no minimum commitment period. You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by visiting our Contact Page. Cancellations made after a billing date has processed will take effect from the following cycle. Charges already processed are non-refundable.

Returns

Toothbrush replacement heads are a hygiene product and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please visit our Contact Page as soon as possible. Our general Shipping and Returns Policy applies to all subscription orders.

Faulty Products

If your replacement heads are not of acceptable quality upon delivery, we will refund your payment or exchange the product at no cost to you. The item may need to be returned for inspection prior to a resolution being issued.

Shipping

Subscription orders are fulfilled and shipped under the same terms as standard orders. Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds vary by region and will be displayed at checkout. See our Shipping and Returns Policy for full details.

Changes to These Terms

BON CHARGE reserves the right to modify these subscription terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the subscription following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
